CNY to Foreign Currency

STEP 1: Confirm exchange rates

We provide real-time exchange rates, please refer to the Ask price (Ask) via website and confirm the exchange rate and remittance amount with Customer Service.

STEP 2: Acquire Account

After both parties confirm the exchange rate and amount, ask customer service for a domestic bank account number (Bank of China, ICBC, Agricultural Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, China Merchants Bank, etc.). Please note, the account is valid for a single time, please ask for a new account for each transaction.

STEP 3: Remittance transfer
  1. After completing the transfer, please take a screenshot of the successful transaction or proof of transfer by email or WeChat, and send it to Customer Service.

  2. Transfer money to the bank account designated by Premium Wealth through Internet banking, mobile banking, bank counters, etc.

  3. Provide domestic remitter ID (passport, ID card, driver’s license, choose 2 from 3)

STEP 4: Provide overseas account

Tell us the information of your designated overseas receiving account.

If you are exchanging CNY for foreign currency, we will need to receive your full amount of CNY by 4.30pm AEST in order to transfer your Australian currency out the same day. After 4.30pm it will take the next working day to transfer your Australian currency out. You will receive your AUD transfer from us within one working day after the AUD transfer is made.

STEP 2: Acquire Account

After both parties confirm the exchange rate and amount, ask customer service for a bank account.

STEP 3: Remittance transfer
  1. Transfer money to the bank account designated by Premium Wealth through Internet banking, mobile banking, bank counters, etc.

  2. After completing the transfer, please take a screenshot of the successful transaction or proof of transfer by email or WeChat, and send it to Customer Service.

  3. Provide domestic remitter ID (passport, Medicare card, driver’s license, choose 2 from 3)

STEP 4: Provide domestic account 

Inform us of your designated domestic payee account information. e.g. Name of the payee, Receiving bank branch name and address, Receiving account number and Recipient’s address.

If you are converting AUD to CNY, we will need to remit the RMB within 1-2 working days after we receive your full transaction.
